Private parking in Prague, bookable by the hour or day.

The problem
Parking in Prague is hard to predict, while private driveways, garages, and courtyard spaces sit unused.
My role
Creator — I shaped the product and built the marketplace across availability, booking, payments, cancellations, and reviews.
The hard part
Keeping a two-sided marketplace in sync across time windows, exclusive bookings, payments, refunds, and trust.
Current status
Live in Prague with bookable spaces, Stripe-backed payments, and a two-way review system.

The problem
Decisions, documents, maintenance, and finances are usually fragmented across email, chat, and shared folders.
My role
Creator — I shaped the product and built role-aware workflows for voting, communication, issue tracking, documents, and money.
The hard part
Turning real house rules into clear permissions, weighted decisions, and an audit trail residents can follow.
Current status
A working product pilot with role-based access, auditable decisions, and a guided demo house.

The problem
Long articles force readers to choose between skimming too little and committing to the entire piece.
My role
Creator — I shaped the product and built article import, layered summaries, account-based libraries, and the reading experience.
The hard part
Compressing an article at several levels without losing the path back to its sections and original meaning.
Current status
A live web app where readers can create an account, import an article, and explore its summary tree.

The problem
Teams repeatedly check competitor websites by hand and still struggle to separate meaningful changes from visual noise.
My role
Creator — I built the monitoring workflow across scheduled page capture, change detection, AI summaries, and email delivery.
The hard part
Distinguishing meaningful product and messaging changes from routine page churn, then explaining them concisely.
Current status
A live SaaS with account sign-up, a free monitoring plan, and daily or weekly reports for paid teams.

The problem
Creating a recognizable, consistent cartoon portrait usually requires prompt writing and repeated manual edits.
My role
Creator — I built the product flow from photo upload and editing through style selection, generation, credits, and private results.
The hard part
Keeping the person recognizable while producing a predictable style from varied photo quality, framing, and lighting.
Current status
A live portrait studio with a free first credit, private accounts, a public gallery, and coordinated photo sets.
